A name, location, or other term entered in an embedded search tool is sent to the third-party company operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. If you send an email or contact message, we keep the details needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is legally required.

Kentucky's Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, governs records held by public agencies. It does not turn this private site into a government records custodian.
